For me, the [Lead Hard, Live Well] group sessions had the biggest impact. I made a point to prioritize them, which was a great exercise in boundary-setting all on its own. The PERMA framework really stuck with me. It made me think differently about how I approach decisions—looking not just at what I did, but why I did it, how it affected the team, and how I felt about it after. Overall, I felt really supported throughout the program.

The Resilience & Thriving for School Leaders Training was a timely and relevant workshop that allowed me to pause, reflect, and set intentions for how I desire to live and lead. I left this training hopeful and believing that I can lower my stress, reach my goals, and thrive through it all.
