Who is Frann?

Frann spent 25 years as an educator, serving as an athletic coach, teacher, school counselor, assistant principal, and principal. In 2022 she retired from her career as a public school educator and opened FLUX. Frann has extensive experience fostering leadership in others. She efficiently works with others to solve pressing challenges, implement innovative programs, and facilitate partnerships between schools and community groups.

A Personal Note from Frann...
I am a former school district Assistant Superintendent of Student Services. During 25 years as an educator, I served as an athletic coach, teacher, school counselor, assistant principal, principal, and district administrator. One of my greatest joys as a public school educator was when I was able to foster leadership in students and adults. Dolly Parton has said, “If your actions create a legacy that inspires others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, then, you are an excellent leader.” I strive daily to practice behaviors that align with this idea.

As a coach I focus on building self-awareness and helping my clients understand and bring clarity to how they operate in the systems within which they work and live.

I am a certified Resilience and Thriving Facilitator and Resilience to Thrive™ coach through Organizational Learning and Wellness Systems.

My purpose is to aid my clients in moving from where they are now to where they want to be, whether it’s changes that are personal, related to job roles or careers, or in response to emotional pressures and conditions to the world around them.
